Welcome to Priyo Doctors. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Priyo Doctors website, Doctor Profiles, Membership services and other features provided through our platform.
By accessing or using Priyo Doctors, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. About Priyo Doctors
Priyo Doctors is a healthcare information platform that helps people find doctors, hospitals and medicine information, while providing doctors with a platform to create and maintain their Professional Doctor Profiles.
Priyo Doctors is not a hospital, clinic, diagnostic center or medical service provider and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency medical services.
2. Doctor Profile
Doctors can create a Professional Doctor Profile by providing information such as:
Name and designation
Educational qualifications and degrees
Specialty
Professional experience
Workplace
Chamber address
Visiting hours
Appointment/contact information
Website and social media links
Doctors are responsible for providing accurate, complete and updated information.
Priyo Doctors reserves the right to review, edit, reject, suspend or remove a Profile or any information that is false, misleading, inappropriate or violates these Terms.
3. Lifetime Membership
The Doctor Profile service is offered through a Lifetime Membership model. A one-time membership fee provides access to the Doctor Profile service without any monthly or yearly membership fee.
However, “Lifetime Membership” means the lifetime of the Priyo Doctors platform/service, not a guarantee of permanent operation.
If Priyo Doctors is discontinued due to business loss, financial difficulties, technical issues, legal requirements or other circumstances beyond our control, the Doctor Profile service may also be discontinued.
If the Priyo Doctors platform or Doctor Profile service is discontinued, no refund will be provided for the previously paid Lifetime Membership fee.
4. Payment Policy
Our payment system is prepaid.
Doctors must make the required payment before the Doctor Profile service is started. Profile creation and other applicable services will begin after the payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
By making a payment, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable service details, pricing and these Terms of Service.
5. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
Once a Doctor Profile Membership fee or any other applicable service fee has been successfully paid, no refund will be provided.
Payment made by mistake, change of mind, failure to use the Profile, dissatisfaction with the service, Google Search ranking, patient inquiries or any other reason does not qualify for a refund.
6. Profile Information Updates
Doctors may request changes to their Profile information according to the applicable update policy.
For the Doctor Profile Membership, the first 5 information updates are free. After the 5 free updates have been used, an applicable 200 BDT Update Fee may be charged for each additional update.
Priyo Doctors may require reasonable verification before making certain changes to a Profile.
7. Google Search & Profile Visibility
Your Identity on Google
After your Doctor Profile is created, it will be indexed in Google’s database within 7–15 days. As the Profile gains age over time and its information is regularly maintained, accurate and updated, your Profile may be found through Google Search.
However, no specific Google Search ranking or position can be guaranteed. Search results depend on Google’s own Algorithm, Search Intent, Competition and other Ranking Factors.
Google’s indexing, ranking and search visibility are not directly controlled by Priyo Doctors. Therefore, we cannot guarantee any specific search position, traffic, patient inquiries or appointment bookings.
8. Patient Communication & Appointments
A Doctor Profile may include contact information provided by the doctor, allowing patients to contact the doctor directly.
Priyo Doctors does not guarantee any specific number of:
Patient calls
Appointment requests
Serial bookings
New patients
Leads or inquiries
Any communication, appointment, treatment arrangement or transaction between a doctor and patient is the responsibility of the respective parties.
9. Medical Information Disclaimer
Information available through Priyo Doctors is provided for general informational purposes only.
Patients should not rely solely on information available on the platform to diagnose or treat a medical condition.
For medical concerns, patients should consult a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, users should seek appropriate emergency medical assistance immediately.
10. Accuracy of Information
Priyo Doctors aims to provide useful and accurate information, but we cannot guarantee that every piece of information available on the platform will always be complete, current or error-free.
Doctors are primarily responsible for the accuracy of information submitted for their Profiles.
We may update, correct or remove information when necessary.
11. Third-Party Links
Doctor Profiles may contain links to external websites, Facebook pages, YouTube channels, WhatsApp or other third-party platforms.
Priyo Doctors does not control these external services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or activities.
12. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
Provide false or misleading information
Create a Profile using another person’s identity without authorization
Upload fraudulent or unauthorized documents
Misrepresent professional qualifications or experience
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Attempt to compromise or disrupt the website
Copy or misuse Priyo Doctors content without permission
Use the platform to deceive, harass or harm other users
Priyo Doctors reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts or Profiles involved in prohibited activities.
13. Suspension or Removal
Priyo Doctors may suspend, restrict or remove a Profile if we reasonably believe that it:
Contains false or misleading information
Violates these Terms
Creates a security or legal risk
Misuses the platform
Violates applicable laws or regulations
Such action may be taken without refund where permitted under these Terms.
14. Intellectual Property
The Priyo Doctors name, logo, website design, original content, graphics, software and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to Priyo Doctors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without prior permission.
Information submitted by doctors remains their responsibility, subject to the rights necessary for Priyo Doctors to operate, display and provide the relevant services.
15. Service Availability
We aim to keep Priyo Doctors available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The website or any part of the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, security incidents, third-party service interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Priyo Doctors will not be responsible for losses arising from:
Google Search ranking or indexing changes
Loss of search visibility
Patient decisions or actions
Appointment cancellations or disputes
Incorrect information provided by doctors
Third-party websites or services
Temporary website interruptions
Unauthorized actions by third parties
Priyo Doctors provides the platform and related services but does not guarantee any specific business, patient, marketing or financial result.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, policies, technology or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of Priyo Doctors after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
18. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating a Doctor Profile, purchasing a Membership, submitting information or using Priyo Doctors, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service.
