GUK Eye Hospital Bogura

GUK Eye Hospital is a non-profit social initiative of GUK Health Service, established with the mission of providing high-quality and affordable eye care to the people of Bangladesh. The hospital was initially established in Bogura. The hospital provides comprehensive ophthalmic services, including outpatient consultation, eye examinations, diagnostic services, cataract and phaco surgery, other eye surgeries, pharmacy services, and optical services. GUK Eye Hospital focuses particularly on making eye care accessible to poor, ultra-poor, disabled patients, and freedom fighters, including free or subsidized treatment and surgery for eligible patients. It also organizes free eye camps in different parts of Bangladesh to reach underserved communities.

The hospital operates 80-bed modern facilities, with three modern operation theatres and dedicated conference rooms for staff training. Its specialist team includes qualified ophthalmologists with FCPS and MS qualifications in ophthalmology.
