Dr. Kashfia Kamal is the first female neurosurgeon in Chattogram. Dr. Kashfia Kamal is an experienced Neurosurgeon and Spine Specialist in Chattogram, with over 8 years of clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of brain, spine, nerve, and other neurosurgical conditions. She completed her MBBS from Chittagong Medical College (CMC) and is a BCS (Health) cadre physician. She also obtained her MS in Neurosurgery from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), one of the leading institutions for postgraduate medical education in Bangladesh.

Currently, she is working as a Resident Surgeon (RS) at Chattogram Medical College & Hospital. Through her academic training and hospital-based clinical experience, she has developed expertise in evaluating and managing a wide range of neurological and neurosurgical problems.
